We seek to improve the social and environmental conditions by which low-income and vulnerable residents can enjoy healthy and safe homes and communities through the provision of affordable, safe, and accessible water and sanitation for life. PWBC’s opportunity for change is driven by the diversity of knowledge and skills in a grassroots coalition that is founded on the belief that everyone has inalienable, universal rights where water is part of the commons and sacred in its own right.
