This is the revised schedule for World Water Day, Wednesday March 22, 2017:
7:00am– Buses leave Central Methodist (downtown Detroit, Woodward at Adams)
PLEASE BE ON THE BUS BY 6:45AM
9:00– Arrive in Lansing, Central Methodist Church (Across from the State Capitol)
9:30– Brief lobbying training, get into groups, get packets.
10:15– Photo on Capitol Steps
10:30– Visit Michigan House of Representative’s offices
11:30– Lunch- Central United Methodist
Noon– Hear the Voices of the people of Detroit, Highland Park and Flint
1:00pm– Press Conference
1:30– House Gallery- Hear World Water Day Resolution read into record.
2:30– Visit Senator’s offices
3:30– Rally with Grand Rapid Water Protectors at Capitol Steps
4:00– Buses depart for Detroit and Flint.
5:30/6:00- Arrive in Detroit.
